Rule 410IAC32-1. Definitions |
Section 410IAC32-1-64. "Recognized laboratory" defined

"Recognized laboratory" means an environmental laboratory recognized by the U.S. EPA according to TSCA Section 405(b), 15 U.S.C. 2685(b)* as being capable of performing an analysis for lead compounds in paint, soil, and dust.
