Section 410IAC32-1-43. "Interim controls" defined

  •    "Interim controls" means a set of measures designed to temporarily reduce human exposure or likely exposure to lead-based paint hazards, including the following:

    (1) Specialized cleaning.

    (2) Repairs.

    (3) Maintenance.

    (4) Painting.

    (5) Clearance.

    (6) Temporary containment.

    (7) Ongoing monitoring of lead-based paint hazards or potential hazards.

    (8) The establishment and operation of management and resident education programs.
