Section 40IAC2-5-1. Notice of meetings and agendas

(a) The commission shall give notice of meetings and emergency meetings in conformance with IC 5-14-1.5. Commission staff shall prepare an agenda listing specific items to be considered. The commission shall adopt an agenda at the beginning of its meeting and may make changes in the agenda for good cause.

(b) The director or his or her designee shall sign on behalf of the commission notices of meetings.
