Section 405IAC2-1-3. Date of application for assistance

   For the purpose of determining when notice of the decision to approve or deny assistance must be mailed to an applicant for medical assistance under 42 CFR 435.911, the date of application is the date on which the application for assistance, Part I, is received by the county office.
