Section 405IAC11-1-7. "Hoosier Healthwise" defined

Latest version.

"Hoosier Healthwise" means:

(1) the Medicaid program for:

(A) children under nineteen (19) years of age;

(B) pregnant women; and

(C) certain low income families established by IC 12-15; and

(2) the children's health insurance program established by IC 12-17.6.
