Section 405IAC11-1-11. "Managed care organization" or "MCO" defined

   "Managed care organization" or "MCO" means a health maintenance organization established under IC 27-13-2 or a health insurer licensed by the Indiana department of insurance with whom the office has entered into a contract to provide services to CHIP members.
