Section 35IAC14-1-9. "Employer" or "employing unit" defined

   "Employer" or "employing unit" refers to public school districts, including charter schools as defined by IC 20-24-1-4, the state of Indiana, Ball State University, Indiana State University, University of Southern Indiana, and Vincennes University.
