Section 357IAC1-16-5. Direct supervision of noncertified applicators

An individual who has not obtained a commercial applicator license may use a pesticide at a school if the individual is working under the direct supervision of a licensed commercial applicator affiliated with the:

(1) school corporation; or

(2) pesticide business hired to apply pesticides at that school.
