Section 355IAC7-2-12. "Manure" defined

Latest version.

"Manure" means any:

(1) liquid or solid animal excreta;

(2) used bedding, litter, waste liquid, or contaminated runoff; or

(3) plant remains or vegetable refuse from processing.
