Section 355IAC3-4-9. Reinstallation of containers; retesting

  •    Containers, previously installed underground, shall not later be reinstalled aboveground unless, at a minimum, they successfully withstand hydrostatic pressure retests at the pressure specified for the original hydrostatic test as required by the Code under which constructed and show no evidence of serious corrosion. Determination of the extent of any corrosion may require additional nondestructive examination methods, per approved industry standards. Reinstalled containers shall meet the requirements for new installation.
