Section 345IAC10-7-1. Office facilities; duty to supply

  •    (a) Office space, including, but not limited to, furnishings, light, heat, and janitor service, shall be provided rent free in the official establishment for the use of inspection personnel for official purposes. The room or space set apart for this purpose must meet the approval of the board and be conveniently located, properly ventilated, and provided with lockers or file cabinets suitable for the protection and storage of supplies and with facilities suitable for inspectors to change clothing.

      (b) Batteries, coops, or other facilities in which live poultry is presented for ante-mortem inspection shall be of such arrangement and construction and shall be so placed with sufficient light provided so that the inspector can clearly see the birds to the extent needed to carry out an adequate inspection.
