Section 329IAC3.1-2-15. Time allowed for issuance of appeal determination

(a) The SWMB shall issue its written determination consistent with the time frames set forth in IC 4-21.5-3-27 and IC 4-21.5-3-29.

(b) Failure of the SWMB to make a written determination of an appeal within the time period described in IC 4-21.5-3-29 constitutes final agency action, giving the requestor the right to judicial review under IC 5-14-3-9(d).
