Section 329IAC10-2-187. "Surficial aquifer" defined

"Surficial aquifer" means an aquifer consisting of sand and gravel, which includes bedrock that is hydraulically interconnected with the sand and gravel, that is covered by less than ten (10) feet of nonaquifer material.
