Section 329IAC10-2-186. "Surface water" defined

Latest version.

"Surface water" means water present on the surface of the earth, including:

(1) streams;

(2) lakes;

(3) ponds;

(4) rivers;

(5) swamps;

(6) marshes;

(7) wetlands; or

(8) rainwater present on the earth.
