Section 329IAC9-7-7. Release detection certification of compliance

The owner and operator shall demonstrate compliance with this rule by providing a certification of compliance on the underground storage tank notification form under 329 IAC 9-2-2. The certification must demonstrate that the person that performs the work has been certified by the office of the state fire marshal under rules of the fire prevention and building safety commission at 675 IAC 12-12.
