Section 329IAC9-6-1. Applicability

Closure of an UST system must be completed by one (1) of the following methods and the applicable requirements in section 2.5 of this rule:

(1) In-place closure as defined at 329 IAC 9-1-27.3.

(2) Removal closure as defined at 329 IAC 9-1-39.5.

(3) Change-in-service as defined at 329 IAC 9-1-10.4.
