Section 329IAC9-1-36. "Petroleum UST system" defined

Latest version.

"Petroleum UST system" means an UST system that contains petroleum or a mixture of petroleum with de minimis quantities of other regulated substances. Such systems include those containing any of the following:

(1) Motor fuels.

(2) Jet fuels.

(3) Distillate fuel oils.

(4) Residual fuel oils.

(5) Lubricants.

(6) Petroleum solvents.

(7) Used oils.
