Section 329IAC9-1-27. "Hydraulic lift tank" defined

"Hydraulic lift tank" means a tank that holds hydraulic fluid for a closed-loop mechanical system that uses compressed air or hydraulic fluid to operate any of the following:

(1) Lifts.

(2) Elevators.

(3) Devices similar to those in subdivision (1) or (2).
