Section 329IAC4.1-13-4. Disposal of PCB wastes; notification to landfills

A person who disposes of a waste that contains PCBs at a concentration of less than fifty (50) parts per million resulting from a source that had a PCB concentration less than fifty (50) parts per million PCBs in a:

(1) MSWLF; or

(2) nonmunicipal solid waste landfill, permitted to accept the PCB waste;
