Section 329IAC4.1-12-1. General

An owner or operator of the following types of facilities shall comply with the financial assurance requirements in 329 IAC 3.1-15:

(1) An incinerator or high efficiency boiler.

(2) A chemical waste landfill.

(3) An alternative disposal facility.
