(a) This rule identifies those solid wastes which are subject to regulation as hazardous waste under this article and which are subject to the notification requirements of 329 IAC 3.1-1.

(b) Except as provided otherwise in section 2 of this rule, 40 CFR 261 is hereby incorporated by reference.
