Section 329IAC3.1-1-2. Scope

This article establishes:

(1) standards for:

(A) identifying hazardous waste; and

(B) hazardous waste management procedures for:

(i) generators;

(ii) transporters; and

(iii) owners and operators of hazardous waste facilities; and

(2) the permit program for hazardous waste facilities.
