Section 329IAC15-3-16. Updating information

If the information provided in the application for the certificate of registration changes, the owner or operator of a waste tire storage site or waste tire processing operation shall provide the current information to the department no more than thirty (30) days after the information provided in the application for the certificate of registration changes.
