Section 329IAC15-3-14. Renewal

   (a) The owner or operator of a waste tire storage site or waste tire processing operation shall submit an application for renewal of a certificate of registration at least sixty (60) days before the expiration date of the certificate.

  (b) An application for renewal of a certificate of registration for a waste tire storage site must comply with section 3 of this rule.

  (c) An application for renewal of a certificate of registration for a waste tire processing operation must comply with section 6 of this rule.
