Section 329IAC10-2-16. "Ash residue" defined

Latest version.

"Ash residue" means all solid residue and any entrained liquids resulting from the combustion of solid waste, fossil fuel, or solid waste in combination with fossil fuel at a solid waste incinerator, including:

(1) bottom ash;

(2) boiler ash;

(3) fly ash; or

(4) solid residue of any air pollution control device used at a solid waste incinerator.
