Section 328IAC1-1-4. "Deductible amount" defined

   "Deductible amount" means the amount specified in IC 13-23-8-3 [IC 13-23-8-3 was repealed by P.L.96-2016, SECTION 24, effective July 1, 2016.] applicable to each incident number assigned by the department. A person applying to the fund under 328 IAC 1-3-1 must provide evidence of payment of reimbursable costs incurred equal to the deductible amount prior to receiving any reimbursement from the ELTF.
