Section 327IAC15-7-9. Inspection and enforcement

(a) In accordance with 327 IAC 5-1-3(c), the commissioner or a designated representative or both may inspect any facility regulated under this rule at any time.
(b) Any person violating any provision of this rule shall be subject to enforcement and penalties as set forth under IC 13-30 and 327 IAC 15-1-4.
