TITLE 327 WATER POLLUTION CONTROL DIVISION

Agency Correction LSA Document #15-453(AC)

Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in the Indiana Administrative Code:

(1) In 327 IAC 5-2-8(12)(C)(ii), after "as required by", delete "subdivision (10)(C)" and insert "subdivision (11)(C)".

(2) In 327 IAC 5-2-8(13)(C)(iv), after "as required by [sic, in]", delete "subdivision (10)(C)" and insert "subdivision (11)(C)".

(3) In 327 IAC 5-2-17(b)(1)(A), delete "ten" and insert "Ten", and delete "completed;" and insert "completed.".

(4) In 327 IAC 5-2-17(b)(1)(B), delete "ten" and insert "Ten", and delete "construction; or" and insert "construction.".

(5) In 327 IAC 5-2-17(b)(1)(C), delete "the" and insert "The".

(6) In 327 IAC 5-3-12(g), after "The mailing", delete "lists" and insert "list".

(7) In 327 IAC 5-3-12(g), delete "and in section 8(a) of this rule consist" and insert "consists".

(8) In 327 IAC 5-3-12(g), after "Availability of the mailing", delete "lists" and insert "list".

(9) In 327 IAC 5-4-5, delete "40 CFR Part 125, Subpart B." and insert "40 CFR 125, Subpart B.".

(10) In 327 IAC 5-4-6(b), after "for issuance of an individual permit", delete "are" and insert "is".

(11) In 327 IAC 5-16-5.3(j), after "under", delete "40 CFR Part 261." and insert "40 CFR 261.".

(12) In 327 IAC 5-16-5.3(j), after "set forth in", delete "40 CFR Part 261," and insert "40 CFR 261,".

(13) In 327 IAC 5-16-5.3(n), after "the requirements of", delete "40 CFR Part 3," and insert "40 CFR 3,".

(14) In 327 IAC 5-18-4(a)(1)(A), after "the standards in", delete "section 10 of this rule" and insert "327 IAC 5-2-1.5".

(15) In 327 IAC 15-2-3(a)(2), delete "who" and insert "that".

(16) In 327 IAC 15-3-1, after "for a general permit under", delete "rules 5, 6, 7, 13, or 14 of this article" and insert "327 IAC 15-5, 327 IAC 15-6, 327 IAC 15-7, 327 IAC 15-13, or 327 IAC 15-14".

(17) In 327 IAC 15-3-2, after "as provided in", delete "rules 5 and 13 of this article," and insert "327 IAC 15-5 and 327 IAC 15-13,".

(18) In 327 IAC 15-3-3(a), after "subject to a general permit under", delete "rules 6, 7, or 14 of this article" and insert "327 IAC 15-6, 327 IAC 15-7, or 327 IAC 15-14".

(19) In 327 IAC 15-4-1(a), after "general permits issued under", delete "rules 5, 6, 7, 13, and 14 of this article" and insert "327 IAC 15-5, 327 IAC 15-6, 327 IAC 15-7, 327 IAC 15-13, and 327 IAC 15-14".

(26) In 327 IAC 15-7-9(a), after "designated representative", insert "or both".

(27) In 327 IAC 15-14-3(5), delete "subdivision (4)" and insert "subdivision (2)".
