Section 327IAC15-3-1. Purpose

   The purpose of this rule is to establish the requirements and procedures for submitting an NOI letter under a general permit rule for a general permit under 327 IAC 15-5, 327 IAC 15-6, 327 IAC 15-7, 327 IAC 15-13, or 327 IAC 15-14. The NOI letter shall be sent to the following address:
