Section 327IAC19-2-17. "Floodway" defined

"Floodway" means the channel of a river or stream and those portions of the flood plain adjoining the channel that are reasonably required to efficiently carry and discharge the peak flood flow of a one hundred (100) year flood as determined by 312 IAC 10.
