Section 327IAC15-2-10. Prohibitions

No general permit shall be issued where the terms and conditions of the permit do not comply with the applicable guidelines and requirements of:

(1) the Clean Water Act;

(2) effective regulations promulgated under the Clean Water Act;

(3) 327 IAC 2;

(4) 327 IAC 5; or

(5) this article.
