Section 326IAC20-4-1. Applicability; incorporation by reference of federal standards

(a) The provisions of this rule apply to all new and existing industrial process cooling towers that are operated with chromium-based water treatment chemicals which are either major sources or are integral parts of facilities that are major sources as defined in 326 IAC 2-7-1(22)(A).
(b) The air pollution control board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 63, Subpart Q*, National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Industrial Process Cooling Towers.
