Section 326IAC20-22-1. Applicability; incorporation by reference of federal standards

   (a) This rule applies to each new and existing flexible polyurethane foam or rebond foam process as provided in 40 CFR 63.1290*.

  (b) The air pollution control board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 63, Subpart III*, Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Flexible Polyurethane Foam Production.
