Section 326IAC1-5-5. Termination of episode level

Latest version.

Once declared, any episode level reached by application of 326 IAC 1-5-4 shall remain in effect until the criteria for the level are no longer met. At that time, the commissioner, based on the information available, shall declare the next lower episode level to be in effect and the commissioner shall notify the operators of the affected facilities of said declaration.
