Section 31IAC5-9-19. Staffing table location

   (a) Employees on short-term disability will continue to occupy an appropriately classified position on the staffing report of the employing agency.

  (b) Employees on long-term disability will be removed from the staffing report of the employing agency and placed on a special staffing report containing the names and occupations of all persons on long-term disability. The state personnel director is the appointing authority for employees on long-term disability; however, employees given job assignments under the partial disability program are subject to the appointing authority that assigns the work.
