Section 312IAC25-4-111. Review, public participation, and approval or disapproval of permit applications and permit terms and conditions; right to file written objections

  •    (a) Any person whose interests are or may be adversely affected or an officer or head of any federal, state, or local government agency or authority shall have the right to file written objections to an initial or revised application for a permit with the director, within thirty (30) days after the last publication of the newspaper notice required by section 109(a) of this rule.

      (b) The director shall, immediately upon receipt of any written objections:

    (1) transmit a copy of them to the applicant; and

    (2) file a copy for public inspection at the library where the applicant filed a copy of the application for permit under section 109(b) of this rule.
