Section 312IAC25-1-55. "Fugitive dust" defined

"Fugitive dust" means particulate matter not emitted from a duct or stack that becomes airborne due to the forces of wind or surface coal mining and reclamation operations, or both, during emissions from any of the following:
(1) Haul roads.
(2) Wind erosion of exposed surfaces, storage piles, and spoil piles.
(3) Reclamation operations.
(4) Other activities in which material is either removed, stored, transported, or redistributed.
