Section 312IAC25-1-106. "Precipitation event" defined

  •    "Precipitation event" means a quantity of water resulting from:

    (1) drizzle;

    (2) rain;

    (3) snow;

    (4) snowmelt emanating from snow cover;

    (5) sleet; or

    (6) hail;

    in a limited period of time. The term may be expressed according to a recurrence interval.
