Rule 312IAC9-2. Restrictions and Standards Applicable to Wild Animals |
Section 312IAC9-2-6. Prohibitions applicable at fish hatcheries

(a) An individual must not take a wild animal in a fish hatchery or fish rearing unit owned, controlled, or supervised by the state or the United States except with a:
(1) scientific purposes license issued by the department under 312 IAC 9-10-6; or
(2) nuisance wild animal control permit issued by the department under 312 IAC 9-10-11.
(b) An individual must not discharge a firearm in or over a fish rearing unit owned, controlled, or supervised by the state or the United States.
