Section 312IAC13-11-2. Inspections by the department of records of a water well driller or water well pump installer

A conservation officer or another representative of the department may, at any reasonable time, inspect any record maintained by a water well driller or water well pump installer that is needed to comply with IC 25-39 or this article.
