Section 20IAC3-1-3. "Certificate" defined

"Certificate" means a computer-based record that:
(1) identifies the certification authority issuing it;
(2) names or identifies its subscriber;
(3) contains the subscriber's public key;
(4) identifies its operational period;
(5) is digitally signed by the certification authority issuing it; and
(6) at a minimum, conforms to International Telecommunication Union X.509 version 3 standards.
