Section 17IAC2-1-2. Delegation and responsibility for establishing requirements of this article

   (a) Where this article grants authority to the division to take action, the division director may delegate the authority to any employee of the division.

  (b) The responsibility for establishing any requirement contained in this article rests with the person seeking the state historic rehabilitation tax credit. Except as otherwise provided in this section, the division shall determine whether the responsibility has been met.
