Section 140IAC9-4-6. Livery (rental) boats

A livery boat operator's application for a certificate of registration, and the certificate of registration, shall in all manner comply with the applicable requirements in this rule with the following exceptions:

(1) The word "livery" will be plainly marked on each certificate of registration.

(2) In addition to the registration number located on a livery boat, the word "livery" shall appear directly beneath the awarded number.
