Section 140IAC8-5-8. Civic event license plate fee

Latest version.

   (a) The fee for a civic event license plate issued under IC 9-18-24-1 [IC 9-18-24 was repealed by P.L.198-2016, SECTION 300, effective July 1, 2016.] is twenty-one dollars ($21).

  (b) The fee shall be distributed as follows:

(1) Eight dollars ($8) to the commission fund.

(2) Eight dollars ($8) to the motor vehicle highway account.

(3) Five dollars ($5) to the crossroads 2000 fund.
