Under IC 9-16-2-5 [IC 9-16 was repealed by P.L.198-2016, SECTION 197, effective July 1, 2016.], it is the purpose of this commission policy statement to establish that the commission has adopted a procurement system that applies to the procurement of equipment, materials, goods, and services required for the operation of commission operated license branches.
