Section 130IAC3-1-6. Compliance with orders and traffic control devices

No person shall fail, neglect, or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of a member of the port security, flagmen, or port employee. No person shall fail, neglect, or refuse to comply with any traffic control sign, signal, or device erected or displayed on the port roads unless directed otherwise by a member of the port security, flagman, or commission employee.
