Section 130IAC2-1-8. "Port area" defined

Latest version.

"Port area" means any:

(1) water;

(2) land;

(3) platform;

(4) building;

(5) structure;

(6) dock;

(7) road;

(8) railroad; or

(9) other facility or operation located at a port.
