Section 105IAC7-1-24. Notice of start of construction

   The permittee shall notify the department's sub-district office five (5) working days prior to the start of any work activity on the highway right-of-way, of the date such work will commence. The permittee shall notify the department's sub-district office prior to completion of all work on the highway right-of-way of the anticipated date such work will be complete.
