Section 105IAC7-1-15. Crossovers

Permits for private or commercial crossovers will not be approved unless the applicant can prove to the satisfaction of the department that the location of the crossover will not be detrimental to the safety of the travelling public. The minimum recommended distance between crossovers is four hundred (400) feet.
