    DIGEST

    Adds 876 IAC 4-2-3.1 to establish the requirements for the eight hours of continuing education that real estate brokers are required by IC 25-34.1-9-11.1 to obtain between July 1, 2013, and June 30, 2014. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher.



    SECTION 1. 876 IAC 4-2-3.1 IS ADDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:

    876 IAC 4-2-3.1 Curricula for brokers under IC 25-34.1-9-11.1

    Authority: IC 25-34.1-9-21

    Sec. 3.1. (a) This section establishes requirements for the eight (8) hours of continuing education that real estate brokers are required by IC 25-34.1-9-11.1 to obtain between July 1, 2013, and June 30, 2014.

    (b) At least two (2) hours of the eight (8) hours of continuing education required by IC 25-34.1-9-11.1 shall be in Indiana real estate licensure law. Those two (2) hours must address the legislative changes enacted in P.L.127-2012 (Senate Enrolled Act No. 275).
